The Stateside Hotel & Baselodge offers skiers and riders ski-in,
ski-out access to Stateside and the most affordable on-mountain
lodging at the resort. Your stay includes unlimited shuttle service
to the Pump House, Ice Haus Arena and other resort attractions.
Option:
This card is amazing for Canadian guests who goes to Jay Peak
for a number of days. Basically it’s a pre-loaded card with
US Funds on it that can be used at any food and beverage location
on property except for Provisions Grocery store and Deli.
This card works like cash but unlike CDN cash at the resort, we
offer a really good rate of exchange. On property, guests will pay
the going rate of exchange when using CDN cash and same goes for
credit cards.
With this card, you pre-purchase them and we use a preferred rate
of exchange of 10%.
When CDN groups purchase let’s say $100 USD cards, they will
be charged $110.
If you plan on going out, buying coffees, drinks or anything other
F&B at an outlet, this will save big time.
I will choose any increment, maybe of $20.00 and you can purchase
as many cards as you would like. Cards must be used before you depart
as they go void at the end of day of departure.
For a $20 USD cards, you will be charged $22.00
Health Insurance:
Ensure you have adequate coverage. You can get some through CAA.

or call them at 820-1890. The plan is called "Manulife Financial",
contact them directly.
Make sure you have proper identification for this trip,
Passport required (we are going to the United States).
Cancellation Charges:
- The deposits are non refundable
- Monies are refunded if the group finds a suitable replacement
3 days prior to departure
Payment: $100.00 deposit due
when booking, plus a postdated cheque for the balance dated February
16 2018, payable to SKI EXTREME CLUB. Late registration
fee $20 if booked after February 16 2018. Cancellation fee $20.00.
Payment Options: Any payments for membership,
lessons, tickets, trips or dryland can be made by cash, cheque,
money order or e-mail transfer. Information

Arrival/Departure Points:
Bus departs from Mitel at 6:30 am and goes to the East end parking
lot to pick up the rest of people approximately at 7:00 am on March
16, 2018.
Bus returns from Jay Peak to Ottawa around 11:00 pm on the Sunday.
* West end parking:
Mitel Networks is at 350 Legget Drive, Kanata (in front of the 6
story building), parking lot across the street from the building.
Parking free of charge. Although they cannot ensure the safety of
vehicles left in the lot, try to keep vehicles on the south end
of the lot - close to lampposts.
** East end parking:
Ottawa Train station, 200 Tremblay Road. Outdoor Parking, long and
short term. Extra cost. $16.00 per day.
