Price $460.00 per person (2 per unit) at the Mountainside
Lodge
This includes:
- 2 night accommodations, at Snow Creek or Mountainside, depending
on how many people per unit.
- Condominium Lodging: all units have a full kitchen, dining
and living area
- Snow Creek it is two bedrooms, two baths. One queen bed, two
twins or bunk beds and a sleep sofa. Ski on ski off, located off
the Spring Fling trail at Lincoln Peak
- Mountainside is a one bedroom, one bath. One queen and a sleep
sofa. Short walk to the slopes.
- 2 days lift ticket for Sugarbush
- All ground transportation and taxes
- Hot tub, for a daily fee, at the Sugarbush Health and Racquet
club, which is about a five minute walk from the condos
Health Insurance:
Ensure you have adequate coverage. You can get some through CAA.
Check their web site at www.caaneo.on.ca
or call them at 820-1890. The plan is called "Manulife Financial",
contact them directly.
Make sure you have proper identification for this trip,
Passport required (we are going to the United States). Price
may vary depending if exchange rate change.
Cancellation Charges:
- The deposits are non refundable
- Monies are refunded if the group finds a suitable replacement
3 days prior to departure
Payment:
$100.00 deposit due when booking plus a post dated
cheque for the balance dated December 20 2011, payable to SKI
EXTREME CLUB. Late registration fee $20 if booked after
Dec. 20 / 2011, cancellation fee $20.00.
Arrival/Departure Points:
Bus departs from Mitel at 4:30 pm and goes to the
East end parking lot to pick up the rest of people approximately
at 4:45 pm on January 20, 2012. Bus returns to
Ottawa around 11:00 pm on Sunday.
* West end parking:
Mitel Networks is at 350 Legget Drive, Kanata (in front of the 6
story building), parking lot across the street from the building.
Parking free of charge. Although they cannot ensure the safety of
vehicles left in the lot, try to keep vehicles on the south end
of the lot - close to lampposts.
** East end parking:
The East end parking is on Coventry road, parking lot ACROSS THE
STREET from TD Waterhouse. It is the overflow parking lot of the
St. Laurent Shopping Center and it is free of charge. The address
of TD Waterhouse is 525 Coventry Rd. (between Vanier Parkway and
St. Laurent). Although they cannot ensure the safety of vehicles
left in the lot, try to keep vehicles close to lampposts.
