Participate in this sport specific training for downhill
skiing, cross-country skiing and snowboarding.
- A typical class will incorporate bodyweight and mobility exercises,
dynamic balance drills, core and hip conditioning and agility exercises
and drills. A cardio component is also part of the training.
- A variety of resistance training equipment such as elastic resistance
bands and gliders are used in the classes for individuals who want an
additional challenge.
- All Participants are encouraged to work within their own capabilities
and fitness level by offering different intensity and exercise options
for the exercises and drills.

Director of the Statistics Canada corporate fitness centre between 1989
and 2019, Lydia has more than 30 years experience teaching sports specific
training programs and group fitness in the Ottawa/ Gatineau community.
She developed and taught dryland ski fitness training programs for the
RASKi club and Club Ski- Extreme.

Each session:
$65.00 for members
$70.00 for non-members
